Parametrs
Land area - 2.3 hectares
The total area of the buildings is 14,700 sq.m.
Including Sports complex of water sports - 5 800 sq.m
Sports complex of water sports - 2,500 square meters
Physical fitness complex (multifunctional gym) - 2 800 sq.m
Fitness and health complex (tennis courts) - 3 600 sq.m

The location of the site in the middle zone – between the park zone with the Spartak stadium and the future residential area – determined the intermediate nature of its development – this is a sports complex in a park under one roof.

In our opinion, this idea could form the basis of a unique format – SportPark. This is an indoor public space, full of many sports functions and providing visitors with a variety of opportunities for active leisure and communication.

The process of transition from open spaces to closed spaces is imperceptible and easy.
Four sports blocks are divided by pedestrian galleries, smoothly passing into the open area.

The intermediate “human” scale is formed by the silhouettes of the pavilion houses, which contain auxiliary and serving functions.
The glazed perimeter of the sports blocks creates a light, park-like architecture, accentuated by the warmth of the tree-lined structures.
