The idea of a transparent house dissolves the very concept of architecture. A transparent house is not a house at all, but a cloud floating above a meadow, slightly hanging over the ground. The very cloud hides the intimate life of the inhabitants, and under it is a public zone.
The house plan consists of three parallel “worlds” – the world of Creativity, the world of Health and the world of Sleep.
The World of Creativity is a space for active activity in all its manifestations – in the kitchen, in the living room, in the fireplace and library zone.
The World of Health is a spa area that includes a sauna, a small swimming pool and fitness.
The World of Sleep is a space of solitude, consisting of 4 bedrooms with a toilet area for each.
Each “world” has its core of a metal frame, around which “clumps of matter” revolve – racks for storing all the necessary things. The construction of the “cloud” roof is suspended to these 3 metal cores using a system of steel cables and literally “hovers” above the ground.
The walls of the first floor consist of an innovative system of pivoting transparent flaps, which in closed form form a closed warm contour, and in the open – dissolve the boundary between the internal and external environment.
Thus, the inhabitants of the Cloud House receive a completely new sense of space, as a transparent light substance, floating in it to new spiritual heights.
