The main idea of the reconstruction of the Montreal Pavilion under the congress center is the preservation of the external appearance and architectural idea of the building, as well as the restoration of the historical context that was lost in the process of moving the pavilion from Montreal to Moscow after the 1967 exhibition.
The congress complex consists of three functional zones: a multipurpose hall, a conference area and an exhibition area. Spaces can be transformed and combined according to functional programs.
