The project develops a previous conception of “Hantymansiysk-telecom” office center. The building is a part of the central square architectural complex. The new (higher) part of the building consist of post-cervice block (4 floors) and “Ugratelecom” office block (6 floors). The glass athrium unites them.The main part of the complex is a sculpture-like tele-tower. The finishing materials are the red granite, aluminium, glass.
