client: "Irbis" Ltd architects: A.Asadov, E.Vdovin, T.Konovalova, A.A.Asadov annotation: The key to the settlement lays in the general plan reminding a contour of a maple sheet with the central line of foot parkway and veins of foot paths going from it. Ring passage separates two zones of building - central "ridge" from single townhouses and pair houses on the perimeter, incorporated in mini-quarters by wooden arches. Total site square - 10.5 hectares, number of sections - 180.
